OzToner bulk purchase of used HP Managed, Fujifilm Xerox A3 and Lexmark enterprise printers in Australia

Clearing an end-of-lease print fleet, warehouse holding or MPS installation? OzToner purchases bulk lots of used enterprise printers and multifunction devices from managed print providers, IT asset remarketers, resellers, corporate fleet managers and government or education contractors across Australia.

Our main areas of interest include HP Managed and Enterprise printers, Fujifilm/Fuji Xerox A3 copiers and Lexmark enterprise A4 and A3 machines. Working, untested, repairable and parts units may all be considered when supplied as a documented commercial lot.

Accepted lot and condition criteria

Bulk commercial lots are preferred. Smaller lots may still be assessed when the models are in demand or located close to an existing collection route.

  • End-of-lease and fleet-refresh equipment: single-site or multi-site business printer decommissions.
  • Working machines: operational devices with meter readings and service information where available.
  • Untested or repairable machines: units requiring assessment, maintenance or parts.
  • Parts machines: incomplete or non-working enterprise devices may be considered as part of a larger documented lot.
  • Unboxed equipment: original retail packaging is not required.
  • Mixed fleets: multiple brands, capacities, ages and conditions can be listed together.
  • Palletised or warehouse stock: including lots suitable for consolidated freight, LCL or FCL planning.

Important: Acceptance is not automatic. OzToner reviews every offer according to current model demand, quantity, condition, location, completeness and collection cost. Please wait for confirmation before arranging delivery.

What to include in your enquiry

A clear inventory helps us assess the opportunity more quickly. A spreadsheet is preferred for larger fleets.

  1. Company and contact details — business name, contact person, phone and email.
  2. Collection location — suburb, state and postcode for each site.
  3. Brand, full model number and quantity — one line per model and condition group.
  4. Condition — working, untested, faulted, incomplete or parts only.
  5. Meter counts — mono and colour totals where the device can provide them.
  6. Included hardware — trays, finishers, stands, power leads, toner and other accessories.
  7. Photos — front, rear, control panel, model label and any visible damage.
  8. Handling information — pallet status, loading dock, forklift access and any site restrictions.
  9. Timing — when the equipment must be removed or made available.

All offers must come from a party authorised to dispose of the equipment. Any data-bearing storage should be handled under the supplier’s own security and data-erasure requirements before release.

How the OzToner fleet-purchase process works

  1. Send the inventory: email your spreadsheet and photos or use the OzToner contact form.
  2. Initial review: we assess model demand, volume, condition and freight feasibility.
  3. Clarification: we may request meter readings, serial ranges, additional photos or site-access details.
  4. Commercial proposal: suitable lots receive an offer or next-step discussion covering collection and handling.
  5. Collection coordination: pickup, pallet movement or container planning is arranged where agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Does OzToner buy single used printers?

This program is designed primarily for bulk commercial lots and fleet decommissions. A smaller lot may be considered depending on model demand, condition and collection location, but acceptance should be confirmed before delivery.

Do the printers need to be working?

No. Working, untested, repairable and parts machines may be assessed. Separate the units by condition and disclose known faults so the lot can be evaluated accurately.

Do printers need their original boxes?

No. Unboxed enterprise equipment is acceptable for assessment. Palletisation, loading access and safe transport preparation should be described in the enquiry.

Can you assess a mixed-brand MPS fleet?

Yes. Include every model in the stock list and identify quantities and condition. HP Managed, Fujifilm/Fuji Xerox A3 and Lexmark enterprise platforms are current priorities; other commercial equipment is reviewed case by case.

What affects the purchase offer?

Model demand, quantity, age, condition, meter counts, accessories, location, freight requirements and the completeness of the supplied information can all affect the commercial assessment.

Can OzToner arrange collection?

Collection and freight arrangements can be discussed for accepted lots. Provide the exact location, access conditions, pallet status and required removal date so the logistics can be assessed.
