FAQ – Samsung Box Damaged Goods

 1. What does ‘Box Damaged’ mean?
This means that the box, or the packaging of the product, has been damaged or torn during transportation, however the product inside is brand new.

 2. Is there anything wrong with the Box Damaged products?
Box-damaged products are never pre-owned so you are receiving a brand new product.  

3. Do box damaged products come with warranty?
For a peace of mind, all items purchased in our online store are covered by Samsung’s manufacturer warranty for that product – this includes box damaged products.  For more information on our warranty policy, please refer to the Samsung website

Even if the Samsung manufacturer’s warranty has expired for that product, you may still have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please refer to the Samsung website.

4. What if the product arrives damaged or faulty?
If this happens, please contact us through the online message centre within seven (7) days of receiving the product. You have the option to get a refund or exchange the item if it is deemed that the product has arrived damaged or faulty. Exchanges will be for another box-damaged item, and only applicable while stocks last. If the product is no longer available, you will be offered a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. What does “while stocks last” mean to me?
Box damaged products are available at limited quantity. Product availability is subject to change at any time.
