Description
The Genuine Zebra Printhead [105934-037] is a 203 dpi direct thermal replacement assembly for compatible GK420d and GX420d printers. It is a service part, not a complete label printer.
This is not the printhead for GK420T or GX420T. Zebra lists a different assembly for those thermal transfer models. Match the complete printer model, hardware revision and service part number before ordering.
- ✔ Genuine Zebra replacement part
- ✔ Exact MPN 105934-037
- ✔ 203 dpi resolution
- ✔ Direct thermal printing assembly
- ✔ Listed for compatible GK420d printers
- ✔ Listed for compatible GX420d printers
- ✔ Intended for printer maintenance and repair
- ✔ Supplied as a printhead, not a printer
Value for Your Business
A correctly diagnosed printhead fault may be repaired without replacing the whole printer. Check media, cleaning, settings and connection issues before ordering a replacement part; a new printhead does not resolve every print quality problem.
Key Features
- Replacement assembly for the specified direct thermal platforms.
- Maintains the supported 203 dpi configuration.
- Part number distinguishes it from the thermal transfer and 300 dpi assemblies.
- Suitable for installation following the relevant Zebra service procedure.
Compatibility
Zebra lists 105934-037 for GK420d and GX420d at 203 dpi. Its parts table lists 105934-038 for GK420t and GX420t, and 105934-039 for GX430t at 300 dpi. These part numbers are not interchangeable simply because the printer names are similar.
Confirm the existing assembly and printer revision. Disconnect power, allow the printhead to cool and follow the service instructions, including electrostatic handling precautions. Professional installation is recommended.
Considering a Complete Printer Replacement?
Compare the ZD621D direct thermal printer, the ZD421T thermal transfer printer or the used GK420T for your application. These are complete printer alternatives, not models that use this replacement printhead.
